1 odd tip for fat loss: http://insanehomefatloss.com/?c=3&k=169 In this episode of Insane Home Fat Loss, Sanela brings us a great routine that combines toning for the core and legs with some good ole fashioned cardio to hep work the legs even more. I was skeptical at first but I must admit, this is an amazing workout for your core and legs and like all of our workouts, it doesn't require any equipment at all! This will help tremendously with balance and stamina.Let's put it all together:3 LEGGED DOG::10 REPS:: Get in the plank position. Raise your butt up so that your head is facing down. Raise and extend your right leg, bring this leg down and up to touch your chin. Then re-extend the leg back out and come back to the plank position. From there bring that same leg up to meet your elbow. Repeat until you reach 10 reps. MOUNTAIN CLIMBERS:: 50 REPS (each leg equals one rep):: The mountain climber calisthenics exercise conditions your entire body and is excellent for developing foot and leg muscles. Start in the basic push-up position with your arms in line with your chest and your legs extended outward. Get up on the balls of your feet. Bring each leg forward, one at a time. Make sure that you keep the non-moving leg bent as you bring the other forward.Once you finish this cycle once repeat it 3 more times for a total of 4 cycles. And that's it y'all! Try it out, I think it will be a great way for you to get the lean and toned lower body you want. Apr 5, 2012 - stretch your whole body even if some parts are flexible :Dand to stretch your butt :D its kinda hard to explain, im a swe so my english isnt really my first best language but ima try :Dyou sit on the ground on your butt with your legs infront of you, then you take one of your legs and bend it and place your foot next to your opposite butt cheek, get it? xD and lower back, sit on ground with legs spread apart and straighten out, have someone push you slowly forwards and youll feel it :D

May 20, 2012 - Maybe you guys aren't doing it right. You have to be commited to the diet and exercise 24/7. I do one or two workouts per day and on top of that i eat 5 small meals a day, i also only drink water and when i eat i make sure it's healthy foods. All of those things are proven to raise your metabolism which DOES make you loose weight. If you go on websites that tell you things that you can do to raise metabolism it says: build muscle, eat 5 small meals, drink water, and stay active.
