I love making my own stock's at home. It is much healthier and cheaper! This way you can use your left over meat bones and use whatever veggies you have in your fridge that you need to use up. This is my recipe for a yummy chicken stock. You will notice I didn't add salt to this recipe, that is because I will add salt to whatever dish it is that I am going to use the stock for. Please make this and enjoy!!Ingredients1 Organic Chicken carcass, bones, etc.1 Red Onion3 Carrots3 Stocks of Celery1 Tbs Pepper Corns1 Bunch Thyme1 Bunch Sage2 Bay Leaves5 Cloves Garlic crushed1 Bunch Parsley Stems8 Cups water
