In this video, I'm 9.5 weeks out from my NPC Women's Physique Division debut. Starting to get tighter, upper body is coming in, lower body is following as well, that's always the last to come in for me, but no jigglies so that's good! My focus in this prep has been to really maintain the size of my back, bring up the bi's a little more, and keep those shoulders capped. I've also been focusing on keeping legs down. Feeling great! **don't mind my gut, I just had a huge protein shake, a large bowl of cereal, AND it's my refeed day in this video lol**

Not sure how your new muscles will react to your diet as you tighten up for the show but think about building a little bit more bicep and forearm definition to push it over the top. Nice work...

Feb 9, 2012 - Thanks so much! I'll likely be fine as far as muscle because I diet slowly, stay away from dieting extremes, and do weekly refeeds. I tend to hold onto muscle better that way as I diet. For now, I'm not going to focus on adding anything more than I have because I'm doing Physique and not bodybuilding. The look is much different, and they're still figuring out what the looks actually is. I have been working on my bi's and tri's though! They were lacking, coming out of figure.
