Mar 18, 2012 - "Lean" means "low body fat".It's that fucking simple, there are people who are big who aren't lean and there are people who are lean who aren't big (such as marathon runners). Am I saying that the uploader/ the person in the video is extremely lean? No. But they have low body fat.
