I'm not jealous i am 18years old and all i just laugh about is seeing guys at the gym where i work out who are taking steroids and testosterone. Natural Bodies are looking much better i think, all you need is discipline and time!Great bodies aren't born, they're engineered!

Mar 22, 2012 - When you lift a dumbell, start with your left arm first. Then basically do as many reps with your right as you do with your left, but never more. So if you curl 25 lbs. with your left but on your last set you can only eight out of ten bicep curls before you lose form, then only do 8 reps with your right arm.It'll give your left side time to catch up and when you're satisfied with the size of your left, then you can get back to normal. Hope that helps! :)

I had guys in the gym making fun of me for using 10s on each side of a curl bar while they used 45s. When i challenged them to try it my way slow and steady going up and down they couldn't even do 2 sets lol.
