Feb 27, 2012 - hari bol, think i'll be practicing this from now on. I can only touch my uvula occasionally though, got any tips for getting my tongue right in there? Definitely noticed that if I try khecari mudra immediatelty after a toke (before exhaling) I almost automatically touch my uvula. om nama shivaya; hare krishna.
