Feb 22, 2012 - Thanks for the tip, added to description box:)I snack on fruits like apples as they are sweet in taste & a negative calorie fruit. 75 calories per apple & it takes my body 100 calories to digest it. Also whey protein shakes made with water as I need to get my daily protein intake. Protein also keeps you fuller for longer.Love protein fruit smoothies with low GI fruits like strawberries, rasberries etc. My video response is on naughty treats so check that out too:)

Feb 26, 2012 - @astrozier1 You can get some delicous tasting whey protein powder on sale @ Amazon. The top brands taste delicous with water and you are getting your protein intake with less calories and sugar compared to the ones made with milk.Just doublecheck before you buy as some are milk only. Don't forget to add some delicous fruits (and ice) in your blender to give yourself some variety and flavour, yummy!Let me know how you get on. Cheers, Barry:)
