A true pound for pound body weight challenge of overall strength and endurance. Perform 4 sets of 10 reps each using your body weight - Bench press, Squat, Pull-ups, Deadlift. Repeat for 5 cycles giving you 200 total reps! Give it a whirl! Next challenge is 20 reps of each!!!
