May 4, 2012 - Excellent camera work. You are very strong. I'm anewbie from T&T also. Though I'm not interested in competition I want to get stronger. Imagine I'm 273 lbs and can lift 405 lbs with straps. About 385 lbs w/o straps. Have you ever faced knee issues? What helps?

May 4, 2012 - I actually had surgery on my left knee long before I started powerlifting and had plenty knee problems. When I started deadlifting and squatting these issues disappeared. I stay away from single joint training for quads though and try to focus on my hamstrings with assistance work. I honestly think the powerlifting helped my knee situation out big time. At your bodyweight you should expect some massive lifts in the future, just take things slow and dont rush it
