Mar 17, 2012 - It varied brother. Love the step mill, stair master, and tread mill. I made a video on "Correcting Physique Imbalance and Cardio Tips" that might help answer your cardio intensity question. And very much so. Did cardio on an empty stomach pre contest.

Mar 18, 2012 - Love your videos J. I never believed in calorie counting myself as long as I keep track of my macros and eat clean. What is your oppinon on HIIT during a cutting phase, think its too much? I was going to do 15 minutes after lifting or should I just do a steady pace cardio?

Greenbodybuilding Says:

Mar 18, 2012 - Just a quick question, my job is manual labour do you recommend this type of diet or will I not be eating enough carbs? Thanks bro!

BigJsExtremeFitness Says:

Mar 18, 2012 - If you are planning on getting onstage any time soon I would. Even if not, Most bodybuilders that are not on contract or at the Professional levels all have regular jobs as well. You'll never know if you can handle it until you try it.

BigJsExtremeFitness Says:

Mar 18, 2012 - Not a big believer in the HIIT for myself. Only way to find out is to try it out brother. If you burn too much, then back it down.

heavyequipmentman100 Says:

Mar 23, 2012 - Thanks for the video Jason. With the cardio, what does it normally consist of? Brisk walking? Jogging? HIIT?

BigJsExtremeFitness Says:

Mar 23, 2012 - Step Mill, Stairmaster, Brisk walking, and some stationary bike.

RcKis0 Says:

Mar 23, 2012 - You're an absolute legend Sir, thanks.

Mar 28, 2012 - First of all, amazing video BigJ, definitely gonna try this out. Couple of questions tho:1) Let's say Monday is Day 1, Tuesday is Day 2 and Wednesday is Day 3 (nutrition), then Thursday would be back to Day 1 right?2) What does you training split look like during the week on this Cutting Program? Thanks a ton!

Bailey Banks Says:

Apr 6, 2012 - how long do you cut for and your cardio is it high intensity or low intensity because ive been told that when doing high intensity cardio your body burns muscle while also burning fat.

BigJsExtremeFitness Says:

Apr 9, 2012 - Just depends on my goals and my current conditioning brother.

stevearogge Says:

Apr 14, 2012 - Thanks for the informative video BigJ.

BigJsExtremeFitness Says:

Apr 15, 2012 - My pleasure.

SuperJas1993 Says:

Apr 28, 2012 - hey good nutrition vid, just wondering, while doing this kind of diet plan i can do cardio everyday right? for me it would be 30 min walk to the gym in the morning, 20 min stairmaster, and 30 min walk home. then later the same walk to the gym for my weight training, does that sound good on a day to day basis? and second, the peanut butter is the only fats we get all day? so high protein, high-low carb, and very low fat? thanks!

BigJsExtremeFitness Says:

Apr 29, 2012 - Thanks brother. I've followed my 5 Day split for the last 15 years or so. Cutting, Bulking, or otherwise.

BigJsExtremeFitness Says:

Apr 29, 2012 - Thanks brother.Sounds like your are doing a lot of cardio. More than I care to do but as long as you are comfortalbe with your results should be just fine. I like using PB but remember there are fats in your Proteins and Oats as well. I do not like nuts or any other sources but by all means utilize them all.

mauri85zzio Says:

May 16, 2012 - bigj!!! amazing to see you worked out with branch and posed :) do you have any recommendationson bringing out the cuts for legs for competition competition prep. i think you should make a video for that. once again thank you for any feedback. i am competing july 14, Mr. colorado and concerned how to bring out maximum cuts out of my big legs..

BigJsExtremeFitness Says:

May 16, 2012 - Depends on the muscle maturity in your legs brother. Stick to your nutrition and they will show. Best of luck in July at the Colorado.

mfsmit01 Says:

May 21, 2012 - What kind of cardio?

BigJsExtremeFitness Says:

May 21, 2012 - I am not a big fan of cardio so I change it up frequently. I get my best results with a brisk inclined walk on the treadmill. There are several options though. Stepmill, stairmaster, eliptical, bike (upright or recumbent) running, bleachers, sprints, etc....You have to try a few out and see which of these works for you brother.
