Due to many requests on my Facebook page I have uploaded a 2nd version of this video so you can now view it on your mobile devices :)**I apologize for the audio being off I am still having issues with my iMovie 11**This will be my VLOG on my weight loss and reaching my goal weight. I plan on sharing my workout routine, being on weight watchers, the cleanse diet (which I am explaining in this video) and other things related to my weight loss. I made a mistake in the video LOL so let me correct it now my starting weight last April was 245 lbs not 235 as I state in the video. So I have lost 65 lbs total ...! I know I lost more but with Aunt Flo in town I can gain up to 6 lbs ... I have reached a Plateau in my weight loss so that is why I am trying this cleanse diet. This is a diet that was provided to me by my trainer Mark. I also follow a full body workout 3 times a week that he wrote up for me. Feb 26, 2012 - you can do it chica just stay focused and make sure to do 30 minutes of activity a day even walking is great keep me posted if you try the diet out
