She now co-owns and operates the Urban School of Self-defense in Long Beach, California, with her father, Grand Master Urban Mohammad. The school has been in existance since 1995. Shihan Zahalea brings a new and unique style to the Sanuces Ryu system with her incorporation of strength training, cardio, fitness, and above all else, survival.She is located in the downtown Long Beach area at 120 west 7th Street between Pine Avenue and Pacific Avenue.
