**I apologize for the audio being off I am still having issues with my iMovie 11**This will be my VLOG on my weight loss and reaching my goal weight. I plan on sharing my workout routine, being on weight watchers, the cleanse diet (which I am explaining in this video) and other things related to my weight loss. I made a mistake in the video LOL so let me correct it now my starting weight last April was 245 lbs not 235 as I state in the video. So I have lost 65 lbs total ...! I know I lost more but with Aunt Flo in town I can gain up to 6 lbs ... I have reached a Plateau in my weight loss so that is why I am trying this cleanse diet. This is a diet that was provided to me by my trainer Mark. I also follow a full body workout 3 times a week that he wrote up for me. Feb 27, 2012 - Im back on this video lol...so I was looking over my list I made and copied everything you wrote on ur description box..but maybe Im not calculating correctly...mon,tues and wed I get 1186 calories and not 1202...am i off? not that it really matters porque nos distes la lista de las cosas...im just curious :)

May 23, 2012 - My advice is to forget about HCG or any other extreme diet plans and find a reliable doctor or nutritionist that can advise you on how to lose weight safely.I know several people that tried the HCG diet. Some become so weak they had to stop the extreme 500 calorie a day diet in less than a week, but even those who made it through the entire diet plan regained. Some actually regained even more than they lost.HCG does not work as advertised, and is a big gamble with your health.
