I would like to share this video to all my friends, colleagues and to everyone who's been curiously asking me about my gym classes and activities, my workout routines, what I do and how I do my workout, how I'm able to keep myself motivated and maintain my body physique. So, this is it! =)The purpose of this video is to help me keep track of my workout activities and track my workout progress easily, to help me stay motivated and keep my metabolism up while watching in real time all that I've accomplished and that I've made some amazing changes in my physique.This also serves as my video tutorial on how to do the proper execution of each workout routine when I'm just at home. This will help me fine-tune my exercise patterns for the best results.TIP: Always watch your form and posture. It's better to start with lighter weights or no weights at all as long as you have the correct form and posture. If you don't feel it burn and it doesn't hurt the muscles that you are targeting, then you are doing it correctly. Feel the pain and fight through it!
