40 years old, married, 2 children. Trying to improve my main lifts over time and in the last year I've set multiple PR's, specifically on the squat and deadlift. Current PR's- Squat: 160 kilo's [353 pounds]- Benchpress: 130 kilo's [287 pounds]- Deadlift: 200 kilo's [441 pounds]

Suffered an injury in the right leg and on top of that a sinus infection. First workouts since the beginning of april. Pleased with all performances and starting with relatively easy weights makes the workouts more fun in a way. April 30th 531 military press 10 x 55 kilo's (2 reps shy of failure)...
