I've been into sports my entire life, being 6'6" you are expected to play a sport, so I did them all. Football, Basketball, Track & Field, Cross Country...etc. After playing basketball in college, I was lucky enough to continue playing in several countries, Germany, Hungary, Portugal, Spain and Amsterdam. After knee injury force me to give up basketball, I still enjoy fitness and training.

So after 10 months of training I finally reached one of my fitness goals today. 1000lbs leg press, I just wanted to get one rep and ended up getting 4, keep in mind this is after I did deadlifts, squats and barbell lunges...lol PR's are meant to be broken!!! Deadz: 177 x 4 329 x 2 329 x 4 (Sumo)...

So I've been slowing adding new exercises into my routines to finish off strong and lead into my cardio. Added this one to finish off my Shoulder day and lets just say, by the 3rd set, EVERYTHING was burning. Great way to cap off training today. Shoulders to Overhead Press: 2 sets: 15+Reps @ #89...

I was watching a video of Louie Simmons (Westside Barbell) talking about wide stance squats and generating power from the hip by launcing from box or bench. Thought I'd give it a shot, I lift me feet off about 3 inches just to start with zero movement.
